Can we come even if we already have a regular vet?

Yes. We welcome second opinions while you continue seeing your regular clinic. Bringing past test results and a record of current medications helps things go more smoothly.

Can we consult you for a second opinion only?

Yes, of course. You can talk to us about your current diagnosis and treatment plan, and we'll organize and explain things from another perspective. If you'd like a more in-depth assessment, we can also take this on as a full integrative diagnosis. You're welcome to consult us while continuing treatment with your current primary vet.

How much does a first visit cost?

It depends on the type of care.

General practice (vaccines, prevention, feeling unwell, etc.): first visit ¥3,300 (¥2,200 consultation + ¥1,100 record registration)
Eastern medicine / second opinion: first visit ¥6,600 (¥5,500 first-visit fee + ¥1,100 record registration)
If you'd like a full integrative-medicine analysis, this is an additional ¥8,800.

Do I need an appointment?

We are fully by appointment. Please book by email, phone (050-5805-8975) or the booking form. We respond to messages in order, during clinic hours.

How is integrative medicine different from ordinary care?

While valuing Western medical testing and treatment, we combine Eastern medicine (herbs, acupuncture and more) and orthomolecular nutrition to consider the options not only from symptoms but from constitution and lifestyle. We carry out the treatment that is genuinely needed, then propose the approach that suits your companion.

Do you offer house calls or online consultations?

Yes. We offer house calls when visiting the clinic is difficult, and online consultations for those farther away. Please ask us about coverage areas and how it works.

Can you also handle general care like vaccines and prevention?

Yes. We handle everyday care including vaccinations, health checks, and heartworm and flea/tick prevention.

An illness that testing after testing never resolved

A case of long-standing chronic illness with an increasing number of medications — at times, more medicine than food when appetite dropped. Past test results were reviewed and the changes happening in the body were explained step by step, sharing specifically what was needed, what wasn't, and what to watch for going forward.

A visit for a pet who gets anxious at the clinic

A case of strong anxiety in the clinic setting. Because every visit is by appointment, the consultation took place without other animals present, in a calm environment. Answering questions one by one built a fuller picture of the animal, not only the illness.

Joint pain that painkillers alone couldn't fix

A case of long-term joint pain managed with painkillers and injections, where incontinence and paralysis had developed. Past blood test results were reviewed in full, and treatment shifted toward herbal medicine and lower-side-effect options while the existing medication was reduced step by step. Incontinence resolved in about two weeks, and the leg wobbliness also cleared.

A nutritional picture that ordinary blood tests couldn't show

A case evaluating mineral balance and body condition beyond what standard blood tests could show, adding an Eastern-medicine view of constitution. Dietary adjustments and targeted care followed, supporting steady weight management and a calmer temperament.

The road to recovery for a pet who suddenly couldn't walk

A senior-age case where the hind legs suddenly gave out one morning. A neurological cause (including possible intracranial pressure) was suspected; after the first treatment, the animal was able to walk home under its own power, and daily walks have continued since.
