Please follow these guidelines for your cat's safety and a smooth visit.
Before transport, cover the entire trap or carrier with cloth (furoshiki, towel, blanket, etc.). This helps cats stay calm and reduces stress. Covering front and back is even more effective.

Metal traps, plastic carriers, and folding wire carriers are all acceptable.

Plastic carrier
Line the bottom of the trap or carrier with pee pads before your visit (do not use newspaper). Many cats injure claws and paw pads trying to escape; rolling a pad inside cardboard for the floor is safer.

Appointments & scheduling
Same-day or emergency requests may not always be possible. We prepare thoroughly before surgery—equipment sterilization, staffing, and case-by-case planning—for safe care.
Messages received outside business hours may be answered on the next business day.
Appointments are confirmed only after scheduling arrangements have been completed.
